What happens if you defeat ser cauthrien

I never had much trouble with Cauthrien, once you either kill her support or lead her away from them, she doesn't pose much of a problem as long as you have a high defense character to tank her. Being stupid isn't a big enough crime to warrent death imo. Plus though its misplaced you have to admire the loyalty she has for the creep she follows.
