The most important thing to me is that they are believable in the role. Not that they look perfect. Having said that, Ren and Kishan are descendants of Genghis Khan so they have to be big enough to be credible as warriors of the time in which they were born.
Kelsey will be easy I think. There are many good actresses who could pull her off. The villain, Lokesh, is an important if not the most important choice. A good villain makes the movie I think.
