If you are purchasing your badge s on or before PM EDT on September 12 your badges s will be mailed to the address you enter. Please note that badges will not begin to mail until late August at the earliest and will continue to mail in waves through September. Have patience, young Jedi.

Your badges will be sent to you. The deadline to change your mailing address is August 8. In the event that NYCC is postponed, your badges will automatically transfer to the new dates. If NYCC is cancelled, you'll automatically receive a full refund, no further action required. However, if NYCC occurs as planned in October which we fully anticipate happening , our traditional no refund policy stands—your badges are yours to have and to hold unless you'd like to resell them through our Lyte Badge Exchange.

Every attendee, including fans, exhibitors, artists, guests, crew, and staff, are expected to comply with our health and safety requirements.

The safety and security of our staff, exhibitors, and fans is our priority. We work closely with the venue, corporate security, state, local, and federal law enforcement authorities to identify risks, assess them, and develop security plans for our events.

If you're bringing, buying or selling something that could maim, damage or cause bodily harm, we're going to take issue. They will only be allowed as long as they are deemed safe and will not cause harm onsite. NYCC is a celebration of the best of pop culture, and bootlegs have no place in the Show. Violation of this rule will result in one and only one warning. A second violation and you'll be removed from the Show. Management shall have sole discretion in any matter that it believes may affect public safety or be important to protect the integrity of the event.

We will perform bag checks of attendees as well as tagging prop weapons with a different color band every show day. This will take place at the entrance tent on the Inner Roadway as well as the Crystal Palace.

We suggest that when you arrive at NYCC you and your party pick a location to meet in case anyone does get lost. There is no PA system available inside the Javits. Arrange a time and a place to meet beforehand, or we suggest using those cool cell phone things. New York Comic Con is welcoming to individuals of all abilities, and is a fully accessible event. Medical assistance is available to NYCC fans who require it. If you have pets, please leave them at home.

Note that recording including live-streaming apps and flash photography are not permitted in panels, concerts or screenings. That said, there will be strict procedures in place. To gain entry, proof of vaccination is mandatory for anyone over the age of 12 and anyone under that age must provide proof of a negative COVID test.

There will probably be plastic guards in place at the photo booths too, so be prepared. And it goes without saying that a mask must be worn at all times.
