So either they aren't linked, or buying the bracer enchant triggers a delayed release of the shield enchant. Good luck.. Its was there relogged to my shaman and it was still there.

This is not guaranteed to be in stock, but the vendor restocks about every 15 minutes. Comment by Allakhazam A guildie and I camped around the guy for at least two hours, probably closer to three - i can't say for sure when the previous copy was bought but the restock rate is at least two hours.

Comment by Thottbot UC Works! I had to buy the Amulet of the moon design three times in a row and on the forth spawn it was the Shield Enchant one. Takes about 3min to respawn between each one. Comment by Thottbot The formula is independent of the JC recipe. He can sell both at the same time. The JC recipe is displayed in his 1st page and the Formula is his last item on the last page.

I bought the Enchant Bracer off him, then waited 5 minutes and he had the Shield Enchant, cost 1g8s, I picked it up at am server time. Comment by Thottbot When i bought the recipe it was on the first page where the bracer one use to be i bought the bracer first and waited 10 min or so. So remember to keep an eye on the first page too : Edit: Alliance, in Darnassus It is BOP. Many of Mythran'dir's recipes are on limited supply 1 cooldowns.
This recipe is at about 6 hours, so expect that you will likely want this to be your log out point. The horde has it in UC, from Daniel Bartlett. No one's posted coords below, perhaps someone should.
His is also on a limited supply 1 cooldown timer. Levelling Enchanting with Enchant Shield - Greater Stamina: This is an important recipe for enchanters because it is typically the cheapest way to level from It uses 10 Dream Dust per level. However, it turns yellow at , so from there is a chance of not getting a level for an enchant. Thus, expect to use more than Dream Dust to get these levels. I've bought the JC Recipe once and sold it back. I've been checking the dude over and over again and nothing has respawned. How long do you have to wait for a respawn? He finally respawned the JC Recipe after about 40 minutes.

If the npc is selling the jewelcraft design, you MUST buy it from him and then wait mins for the next formula to spawn. I got mine on my first try. Do not attempt to log out and come back in and hope for the spawn. The formula will easily serve you well until skill lvl Even though it turns yellow at you are still guaranteed to lvl 5 more times without fail like all other enchants.
At you can learn the formula for your "Runed Arcanite Rod" so save that until you reach So in effect you only have 9 skill lvls where this enchant may or may not lvl you up. I personally only had to do about 16 enchants to get those 9 lvls.

This process repeats so to get the recepie you are looking for, you have to buy the one that is already there to make it spawn. I have not seen this vendor ever sell more than one limited supply recepie at a time. I have been doing a little research on it. Try this theory out on this vendor and other vendors who sell limited supply common recepies not uncommon because the spawn is much longer.

Comment by Thottbot After about 45 minutes of waiting and buying out every amulet and deflection recipe, it finally popped. But not in the LAST spot like others have said. Also, something weird, if i was waiting, and decided to buy out the amulet recipe, the deflection recipe would pop right after in the same spot.
